The October 2025 release of Administrator includes the following new features and enhancements.
CLAIRE Copilot feature privilege for Data Integration and Data Ingestion and Replication
You can assign the Data Integration feature privilege "Access Data Integration Copilot" to allow roles to use CLAIRE Copilot for Data Integration and Data Ingestion and Replication. The privilege is automatically assigned to the Admin, Designer, and Monitor system-defined roles. The Admin and Designer roles can create and summarize assets. The Monitor role can't create assets but it can summarize assets.
Elastic runtime environments
You can perform the following tasks for elastic runtime environments:
•Download the cluster installer from Administrator.
•Use AWS Secrets Manager to retrieve connection credentials.
•Edit the environment configuration to update a deployed elastic runtime environment.
•Disable and re-enable high availability. Previously, if you enabled high availability, it couldn’t be disabled.
•Run scripts in an elastic runtime environment by specifying a script path.
•Run a REST API to retrieve, update, and delete a supplementary file specification using the URI /api/v3/RuntimeEnvironment/<runtime environment ID>/ElasticConfig. You can upload the following supplementary files to an elastic runtime environment:
- Database drivers
- Native libraries and executables
- JAR files and Java libraries for the Java transformation
- SSL/TLS certificates and keystores
- SAP connectivity drivers and libraries
•View the following details in the user interface for an elastic runtime environment:
- A lifecycle graph that shows the number of worker nodes in the elastic runtime environment over time.
- A list of jobs that were submitted to the elastic runtime environment.
- A list of images that the elastic runtime environment uses.
•Run a script to clean up both AWS and Kubernetes resources. Previously, you needed to manually delete AWS resources.
Note: The cluster installer and worker policies have an updated set of permissions. To view the updated policies, see Runtime Environments.
For more information about elastic runtime environments, see Runtime Environments. For more information about REST APIs, see REST API Reference.

Multi-factor authentication
Multi-factor authentication is available for native human users who log in to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. You can enable multi-factor authentication on the Organization page and then categorize users as human users on the Users page.
When multi-factor authentication is enabled, native human users receive a verification code through email when they log in to the user interface. Non-human users can continue running APIs with no disruption.
For more information, see Organization Administration and User Administration.
REST API authentication type
You can now use JWT-based authentication instead of session-based authentication for REST API calls. You can choose to change the authentication type on the Organization page in Administrator. For more information, see Important notices.
Runtime status parameter
You can use the new includeAllImageStates query parameter in Platform REST API version 3 to retrieve runtime staus.
Schedules page enhancements
The Schedules page includes the following enhancements:
•Descriptions appear on the main page.
•A search bar is available to find schedules by name and description.
Serverless runtime environments
You can create a serverless runtime environment using AWS PrivateLink for service network endpoints. It uses a resource share to connect to data sources through your AWS account.
This feature is in preview for select customers, with general availability in November 2025.
For more information, see Runtime Environments.
Set the default service for user groups and individual users
You can determine the service that opens after a user logs in. You can set the default service for user groups or individual users. Users can override this setting by choosing their own default on the My Services page.
