You can configure API Key and OAuth 2.0 authentication types to access Qlik Cloud. Before you configure the authentication, you need to set up your environment and keep the authentication details handy.
Get authentication details
Ensure you get all the required authentication details based on the authentication method you want to use in the connection:
API Key authentication type
You need the base URL and the access token generated in Qlik Cloud to access data in your Qlik Cloud instance.
OAuth 2.0 authentication type
You need the base URL, the OAuth client ID, and client secret for your Qlik Cloud account.
