You can configure NoAuth, OAuth 2.0, and API Key authentication types to access MCP Server.
Get authentication details
Ensure you get all the required authentication details based on the authentication method you want to use in the connection:
NoAuth authentication type
You need the server URL for your MCP Server.
OAuth 2.0 authentication type
You need the server URL, the OAuth client ID, the client secret, and the token endpoint for your MCP server. You can also provide a scope to limit which tools the connection can access.
API Key authentication type
You need the server URL and the API key to access the tools that your MCP server exposes.
