Step 5. Configure the agent flows

To configure the agent flows, enter the email IDs of the Operations Support team and approvers, set the deployment properties, and then save your changes. After configuring the agent flows, you can deploy and test them.
  1. 1Open the MonitoringAgent agent flow.
  2. 2In the planning prompt, locate the following instance and enter the email IDs of the Operations Support team members, separated by commas:
    3. Always send a summary of actions you take to <Email ID of the Operations Support Team>.
    There are two such instances in the planning prompt, one in step 7 and another in step 10.
  3. 3Configure the deployment properties.

  4. 4Validate and save the agent flow.
  5. 5Open the SOP Governance Agent agent flow.
  6. 6In the planning prompt, locate the following instance and enter email IDs of the approvers, separated by commas, to update the SOP content:
    7. Send emails to <Email IDs> for approval.
  7. 7Configure the deployment properties.
  8. 8Validate and save the agent flow.
