A dynamic pool is a collection of fields and field groups that you can use as dynamic fields. You can create multiple dynamic pools based on your requirements and add relevant fields and field groups to each pool.
You can create two dynamic pools for consumer business entities, such as product data and supplier data. You can add basic fields to a dynamic pool, but you can't add smart fields or share fields between dynamic pools. To use the fields in a pool as dynamic fields, you can add a dynamic field definitions attribute that refers to the dynamic pool. To manage large dynamic pools, you can create folders and add fields and field groups to each folder to organize them by topic or purpose. When you configure custom pages, you can choose to add these folders to different tabs or different field components in a page. For example, within a dynamic pool, you can create one folder for regulatory dynamic fields and another folder for marketing dynamic fields. When you add the fields component to a custom page, you can select regulatory dynamic fields in one tab and marketing dynamic fields in another tab.
