After you create candidate selection criteria for a business entity, you can enable, disable, and delete them.
You can create a maximum of 10 candidate selection criteria for each business entity. You can view the list of candidate selection criteria created for a business entity on the Candidate Selection Criteria page.
You can perform one of the following actions for each candidate selection criteria listed on the page:
•Enable. Activate a candidate selection criteria so that you can associate it with match models.
•Disable. Deactivate a candidate selection criteria that you no longer need. You can enable it later if required.
•Delete. Permanently delete the candidate selection criteria that you no longer need.
You can't disable or delete a candidate selection criteria that match models use. If the criteria is a part of published match models, remove the match models before you disable or delete the criteria.
Enable candidate selection criteria
By default, candidate selection criteria remain enabled when you create them. However, if you disable a candidate selection criteria, you can enable it again and associate it with match models.
1Open the business entity, and click the Match tab.
2On the Candidate Selection Criteria page, select the candidate selection criteria that you want to enable.
3Click Actions > Enable.
Disable candidate selection criteria
You can disable a candidate selection criteria that you no longer want match models to use.
1Open the business entity, and click the Match tab.
2On the Candidate Selection Criteria page, select the candidate selection criteria that you want to disable.
3Click Actions > Disable.
Note:
You can't disable a candidate selection criteria that match models use. If the criteria is a part of published match models, remove the match models before you disable the criteria.
Delete candidate selection criteria
You can permanently delete a candidate selection criteria that you no longer need.
1Open the business entity, and click the Match tab.
2On the Candidate Selection Criteria page, select the candidate selection criteria that you want to delete.
3Click Actions > Delete.

You can't delete a candidate selection criteria that match models use. If the criteria is a part of published match models, remove the match models before you delete the criteria.
