Defining reprocess master data jobs

You can define a job to recalculate trust scores for active and deleted master records based on the survivorship configuration.
After you update the survivorship configuration, run the reprocess master data job to recalculate the trust scores of master records based on the updated survivorship configuration. If a deleted master record has active source records, the trust scores are calculated based on the active source records. If a deleted master record has no active source records, the trust scores are calculated based on the deleted source records.
When you run the reprocess master data job for active records, trust scores are recalculated for both active and pending master records. The index for search step indexes the master records for which trust scores change.
If a publishing event is defined for updates to business entity records, the update events are published only for records with changed trust score.
Effective in the July 2024 release, if you delete any master records, you can search for the deleted records and view them. If you have deleted any master records before the July 2024 release, those records weren't indexed for search, and the trust scores of their field values weren't up to date.
If you want to view any master records that you deleted before the July 2024 release, you have to reprocess them and recalculate trust scores for the field values based on the survivorship configuration. This job also indexes the deleted master records for search, and you can search for them.
