Egress data

Create an egress job to export data from Business 360 data store to an external data source.
    1In Business 360 Console, click New > Jobs > Egress > Create.
2In the Export Job dialog box, enter the details, and click OK.
    The export job page appears.
3Click the asset picker, and select the MDMEgress process.
Note: Reference 360 uses the RDMEgressFlow process, so ensure that you don't select it in Business 360 Console.
4Select whether you want to export active records, deleted records, or both. Default is Active.
Note: Egress jobs created before the July 2024 release will have the record type set to Active by default. To include deleted records, you can edit the job and select Deleted.
5Select one of the export types.
For more information about export types, see Export job types.
6To add a taskflow, perform the following steps:
    1. aClick Add Taskflow.
    2. The Select a Taskflow page appears.
    3. bSelect the taskflow, and click OK.
    4. The taskflow appears in the Taskflows section and the associated assets appear in the Assets section.
Note: Ensure that you select taskflows that use the same connector type. You can't add taskflows that use both Business 360 Connector and Business 360 FEP Connector to an egress job.
    5. cIn the Record Type list, specify whether to export master or source records.
    6. Note: When you add taskflows that use Business 360 FEP Connector, you can export both source and master records for relationships and hierarchies.
    7. dSelect the source system from which you want to egress data. The default source system is Default.
    8. Note: The master records from all the source systems are exported by default. To export source records from specific source systems, clear the source systems from the list as required.
7After you add a taskflow, select whether you want to export all records, valid records, or those with validation errors.
    8Save the job.
9To run the job, click Run, or schedule the job to run later.
On the My Jobs page, you can monitor the status of the job.
