Consider the following rules and guidelines when you create an egress job to export data:
•If you rename or delete a business entity in Business 360 Console, existing mappings that reference the business entity fail when you run the mappings. Egress jobs that use these mappings also fail.
•Ensure that you don't use a dot (.) in the display name of a business entity. If the display name contains a dot, MDM SaaS retrieves only the root fields when you egress the field groups using Business 360 FEP Connector.
•If you update source objects in existing mappings, the updates aren't reflected in egress jobs that use these mappings. The mappings in the egress jobs use the objects that existed before the update. To apply the new objects, edit and save these egress jobs again in Business 360 Console.
•When you use rich text format in text fields, use only supported HTML tags and attributes. MDM SaaS removes unsupported tags and attributes for security reasons.
For more information about rich text formatting, see Rich text formatting for text fields.
