The export search results step exports search results that you select in a business application.
The following table lists the metrics that you can view for the export search results step in Business 360 Console and your business application:

Total Records
The total number of records that the step processed.
Error Records
The number of records that the step didn't process because of internal errors.
Total Records Exported
The total number of records that are exported to a CSV file.
You can download the exported data from the export search results job details page in your business application as a CSV file. MDM SaaS retains the exported data for 15 days following the successful completion of a job.
