The following table describes the usage statistics that you can view in the Summary section:
    Usage Statistic
    Description
    Source Records
The number of active and deleted source records. The source records contribute to the master records. The number doesn't include the records that the ingress job rejects.
The source record count for a master record includes each source system only once, regardless of the number of records originating from each source system. For example, if a master record has a source record from HR and a patch source record from HR, the source record count is 1.
Additionally, if a master record is from one source system and an associated patch record is from another source system, the patch record is included in the source record count. For example, if a master record has a source record from HR and a patch source record from Salesforce, the source record count is 2.
Note: When you delete a source record, the deleted record is included in the source records count. After you delete a master record, the contributing source records remain active.
    Master Records
The number of active and deleted master records. A master record is the consolidated version of source records from multiple source systems.
Note: The master record count includes the deleted master records.
    Users
The number of MDM users in the organization that you are monitoring.
Note: For custom users or users other than the Admin, the count is displayed as 0.
2To view the updated count of source records, master records, and users, perform the following steps:
    1. aIn the Summary section, click the Refresh icon.
    2. The Summary Update Request dialog box appears.
    3. bClick OK.
The refresh MDM SaaS usage metrics job runs to update the count of source records, master records, and users. You can monitor and view the job details on the My Jobs page. If the job fails, contact Informatica Global Customer Support.
Note: You can refresh the metrics only once a week. For existing organizations, the source and master record count is displayed as 0 until the refresh MDM SaaS usage metrics job completes successfully for the first time.
