Purge jobs permanently delete data from the data store without deleting data models and other configuration details.
MDM SaaS uses the following jobs based on the data you want to purge:
•Purge all. Permanently deletes all business entity records, source records, and relationships, including historical data.
•Purge history. Permanently deletes historical data of business entity records, hierarchies, and relationships.
•Purge entity. Permanently deletes records that belong to a specific business entity or code values of a specific code list along with their dependencies.
•Purge source record. Permanently deletes only the deleted source records of the specified business entity or the deleted code values of a code list, along with their dependencies.
After a purge job starts, you can monitor and view the job details on the My Jobs page.
