You can create up to 10 modernization projects within an organization. If you want to create additional projects, you need to delete existing ones.
If you delete modernization projects after you map the fields, or preview the assets but before you modernize them, the delete process removes the projects without affecting MDM SaaS because the assets don't exist in MDM SaaS yet. If you delete modernization projects after their assets are successfully modernized and migrated to MDM SaaS, the delete process doesn't remove the project folder or the assets associated with those projects from MDM SaaS.
1On the Modernization page, click Active Projects.
2Select the project that you want to delete, and click Actions.
