Use the User Migration tool to export the list of users and their details from the MDM Hub as a CSV file. Ensure that you use the same Operational Reference Store from which you extracted the configuration details.
1Open the MDM Support tools, and click User Migration.
2Select the Operational Reference Store from which you extracted the configuration details, and then click Retrieve.
The User Migration tool displays a list of the MDM Hub users in the selected Operational Reference Store.
3Select the users that you want to export.
4Click Export Users.
The Export Roles dialog box appears.
5To include user-to-role assignments in the exported user information, click Yes.
