Introducing industry 360 applications
An industry 360 application is a ready-to-use package that you can use as a template for implementing MDM SaaS. With an industry 360 application, you can customize solutions to meet specific requirements and business initiatives of your industry. Use an industry 360 application to reduce implementation time, enhance data quality, and achieve faster business outcomes.
An industry 360 application is available as a package for installation on request. The package can include predefined Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) assets, such as predefined business entities, relationships, pages, search result layout components, reference data, and Data Integration and Application Integration assets.
You can use the following industry 360 applications:
Customer 360 for Healthcare
Use Customer 360 for Healthcare to master comprehensive healthcare data, including patients, healthcare providers, and members such as healthcare organizations, healthcare professionals, and payers. You can manage relationships between patients, members, plans, and primary care providers to strengthen governance, maintain compliance, and increase patient engagement.
Use Customer 360 for Insurance to manage comprehensive insurance data, including individual and organizational customers, policies, product specifications, and agents master data. You can manage customer households, total value, and life events to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. You can use Customer 360 for Insurance to monitor relationships among agents, customers, and policies for deeper insights.
Use Customer 360 for Life Sciences to onboard healthcare organization and professional records from multiple sources and consolidate them in Customer 360 SaaS. You can use the master data to generate insightful reports on key data aspects such as segments, countries, and specialties, and manage affiliations between healthcare professionals and organizations.
Use Legal Entity 360 for Banking to onboard legal entity identifier records from third-party data providers into Customer 360 SaaS. You can create new legal entities or import existing ones after searching source systems. You can leverage Legal Entity 360 for Banking to manage affiliations by identifying associations, such as investors linked to legal entities.
Use Location 360 to master and manage location data for physical or virtual sites, such as medical wards or office floors. These data can be locations that are managed by an organization or individual to perform business operations or services. You can use Location 360 to track objects, entities including customers and suppliers, and assets associated with specific locations. For example, monitor utilities, equipments, storage, and real estate in a manufacturing location.

Material 360
Use Material 360 to efficiently process material and material category data. You can use Material 360 to centrally author and maintain material master data to enable collaboration across departments, using workflows to control data maintenance and approvals. You can integrate material master records with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

MDM 360 for Retail
Use MDM 360 for Retail to standardize, consolidate, and relate your retail business data across customer, product, supplier, and location domains. You can use MDM 360 for Retail to enhance personalized customer experiences by creating accurate customer segments. You can streamline product portfolio management to boost operational efficiency.
Use Product 360 for Life Sciences to deliver a complete view of products, ingredients, and packaging across systems, business units, and regions. You can master and maintain detailed medicinal product information, including clinical particulars, marketing authorization, orphan designation, and product classifications.
Use Securities 360 to manage bond and equity records for financial services. You can aggregate, enhance, and share securities master data from market data providers, exchanges, custodians, and internal systems. You can also enrich this data with inputs from external data providers and publish it to systems such as portfolio management, order management, and client and compliance reporting.
