Batch jobs

Use predefined ingress batch jobs to import SAP ECC customer, SAP ECC FI customer, and SAP S/4HANA business partner records into Customer 360 SaaS in batches. Use predefined egress batch jobs to export the processed records to SAP S/4HANA in batches. Each job uses a taskflow to run a mapping task. Each mapping task includes a mapping that maps the SAP fields with the Customer business entity fields.

After you import the SAP records into Customer 360 SaaS, you can process the records in Customer 360 SaaS. After the initial import, you can import incremental changes, process them, and export the processed records to SAP S/4HANA in batches.

Batch jobs of the Organization business entity for SAP ECC

You can use predefined batch jobs to import customer and FI customer records from SAP ECC into Customer 360 SaaS.

Use the predefined initial ingress job to import the customer and FI customer records from SAP ECC to Customer 360 SaaS in batches for the first time. Use the predefined incremental ingress job to import incremental changes into Customer 360 SaaS to synchronize records with SAP ECC.

The job uses a taskflow to run a mapping task. Each mapping task includes a mapping that maps the fields of customer and FI customer records in SAP ECC with the Organization business entity fields in Customer 360 SaaS. The Customer 360 Extension for SAP package includes predefined batch jobs and their related assets. You can customize the assets based on your requirement.

The job uses a taskflow to run a mapping task. Each mapping task includes a mapping that maps the busines partner fields of SAP S/4HANA with the Person business entity fields in Customer 360 SaaS. The Customer 360 Extension for SAP package includes predefined batch jobs and their related assets. You can customize the assets based on your requirement.
