Integrating Customer 360 Extension for SAP

Integrate Customer 360 Extension for SAP with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA to process SAP data in batches. To integrate Customer 360 with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, import and configure the Customer 360 Extension for SAP assets.

Import the
extension
assets before you customize your data model in
MDM SaaS
because the import process overwrites all your customization.
To configure the Customer 360 Extension for SAP assets, perform the following tasks:

  2. 2Import the predefined batch jobs.
  3. 3Import the Cloud Application Integration assets.
  4. 4Publish the Cloud Application Integration processes.
  5. 5Set the Secure Agent parameters.
  6. 6Import the parameter files.
  7. 7Configure the flat file connection.
  8. 8Configure the Reference 360 Connector.
  9. 9Configure Business 360 FEP connector.
  10. 10Configure the SAP Table Connector.
  11. 11Create custom tables in SAP.
  12. 12Create import jobs.
  13. 13Run the batch jobs.
