Before you deploy Customer 360 for Life Sciences, perform the following prerequisites:
•Ensure that you have the license for the Integration Components for Business 360 and Customer 360 SaaS Edition.
Ensure that you have the licenses required to manage connections, external data, and service rights.
Note: The use of the extension doesn't confer any additional license or entitlement to license consumption beyond the terms specified in the applicable licensing agreements.
•To enrich Customer 360 records with MedPro Systems records in real time, enable the MedPro Systems and SFTP connector licenses.
•To integrate Customer 360 records with Salesforce, complete the following prerequisite tasks:
- Enable the Salesforce connector license.
- Ensure that your organization uses the Enterprise or Developer edition of Salesforce.
- For a Windows-based Secure Agent, install Windows 10, version 1803 or later.
- For a Linux-based Secure Agent, verify that the cURL library files are installed. To verify whether the cURL library files are installed and to check the cURL library version, run the following command from a command prompt:
