Introducing MDM Extension for Agentforce

An extension is a ready-to-use package that streamlines and accelerates implementation of business applications. You can use an extension as a template to get started with business applications.

Use MDM Extension for Agentforce to seamlessly integrate MDM SaaS with Salesforce Agentforce, an AI agent platform, to enable AI agents to access accurate, complete, and real-time master data. Leverage MDM Extension for Agentforce to enable AI agents to perform real-time, on-demand searches and identify and retrieve master records and relationships from MDM SaaS. With these capabilities, Agentforce AI agents, such as Service, Personal Shopper, and Sales Development Representative agents can deliver intelligent, personalized, and efficient customer interactions across industries.

The extension includes custom labels and access to an unmanaged Salesforce package. The unmanaged Salesforce package includes pre-built Agent actions, named credential, and permission set.

The extension uses MDM Data Tools for AI Agents, a Cloud Application Integration recipe, to seamlessly connect AI agents to master records in Customer 360 SaaS and Product 360 SaaS
