Adding a related record scenario

Related records are the records that contain data associated with a record. You can establish relationship between two records within a business entity or across business entities.
For example, while you are creating an Organization record, you can create a Person record and establish a relationship between the two records and save them.
Related records receive the dynamic fields based on the relationship that you use to relate the records.
The following predefined relationships are available for Customer 360 SaaS users:
