Managing predefined reports

Use the predefined reports to view information about your records. The predefined reports populate report data by using some predefined criteria. By default, the predefined reports are associated with a set of predefined charts. You cannot edit a predefined report in Customer 360 SaaS.

The total number of records distributed across a geographical region on a map.
Customers by Employment Type
The total number of records based on occupation.
Customers by Household Size
The total number of records based on the size of household.
Customers by Marital Status
The total number of records based on marital status.
Customers by Loyalty Account Type
The total number of records based on the loyalty account type.
Organization by Category
The total number of organizations based on their category.
Organizations by Revenue
The total number of organizations based on their revenue in USD.
Validation Status of Phone Numbers
The total phone numbers based on their validation status.
Validations Status of Email Addresses
The total number of email addresses based on their validation status.
Number of Records by Business Entity
The total number of records for each business entity.
Number of Valid Records by Business Entity
The total number of valid records for each business entity.
Number of Records with Validation Errors by Business Entity
The total number of records with validation errors for each business entity.
You can't create schedules to publish predefined reports. The predefined reports use the existing schedules created by the administrator to update the report data. If you want to view the report data of predefined reports instantly without any schedules, ensure that the fields used in predefined reports are set to be reportable. To verify whether the fields are set to be reportable, contact your administrator.
