Import data

You can import data, such as business entity records, relationship records, and hierarchies, from a CSV file into Customer 360 SaaS. You can upload CSV files up to 100 MB in size. The import process parses the data in the CSV file and maps the columns of the CSV file to the fields of the selected business entity or relationship.
You can import new records, overwrite all the field values of existing records, update field values and delete field group entries in record sections, or delete source records. You can't import data into dynamic fields.
For example, you can import a new person record, overwrite all the field values of an existing record, update only the home address of an existing record, or delete the billing address of an existing record.
A record section can include all the root fields, fields in a field group, or fields in a nested field group.
Note: You can't use business IDs to import business entity records.
