Amplitude exposes the web service API that the Secure Agent uses to perform integration tasks through the REST protocol.
When you create a mapping, select an Amplitude connection and an operation in the Source transformation. Each operation corresponds to a GET endpoint in the Amplitude API. The Secure Agent uses the connection to call that endpoint and read data from Amplitude. The request and response messages contain hierarchical data in JSON format.
