Before you configure and run a mapping, verify that you have the required permissions on the Veeva Vault objects that you read from or write to Veeva Vault.
For more information about the required permissions, see Accessing Vault Admin in the Veeva Vault documentation.
Additionally, when you write to Veeva Vault, verify that you have the API and application level permissions.
For more information about the API and application level permissions, see Related permissions in the Veeva Vault documentation.
Setting the staging property for write operation
Before you configure a mapping to write data to Veeva Vault, enable the staging property for the write operation.
To enable the staging property, set the value of the INFA_DTM_STAGING_ENABLED_CONNECTORS Tomcat property to the plugin ID of Veeva Vault Connector in the Secure Agent properties.
1Log in to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
2Select Administrator > Runtime Environments.
3On the Runtime Environments page, select the Secure Agent machine that runs the mapping.
4Click Edit.
5In the System Configuration Details section, select Data Integration Server as the service and Tomcat as the type.
6Edit the INFA_DTM_STAGING_ENABLED_CONNECTORS property and set its value to 651901, which is the plugin ID of Veeva Vault Connector.
