Creating a person scenario

You are an insurance agent for a large insurance company. You have a new customer, Anthony Lomax, on the phone. You want to add Mr. Lomax as a record.
To add Anthony Lomax, perform the following steps:
  1. 1Log in to Multidomain MDM SaaS.
  2. 2Click New, select Person as the business entity, and then click Create.
  3. 3Enter Anthony as the first name and Lomax as the last name.
  4. 4Enter values in the other required fields.
    5. Multidomain MDM SaaS saves the record as a draft and displays a Draft label next to the record name.
  5. 5Click Submit or Send for Approval.
