You can share a dashboard created by you with other users in your organization. When you share a dashboard, other users can view the dashboard along with its widgets in Multidomain MDM SaaS.
If you have the privilege to manage shared objects, you can edit or delete a shared dashboard and also update its sharing properties.
Sharing a dashboard
You can share a dashboard that you create with other users in the organization.
1From the Reports and Dashboards page, click the Dashboards tab.
2On the My Dashboards tab, select the dashboard that you want to share.
3On the dashboard, click the Share icon.
4In the Share Dashboard dialog box, select one of the following sharing options:
- No. Only you can view and edit the dashboard.
- Yes, share with everyone. The dashboard is shared with everyone, but only you can edit the dashboard.
5If you choose Yes, share with everyone, select one of the following sharing options:
- No, only share. The dashboard is shared but isn't added to everyone's Home page.
- Yes, add to everyone's Home page. The dashboard is shared and is added to everyone's Home page.
- No, remove from everyone's Home page. The dashboard is shared with everyone but removed from everyone's Home page.
