View tickets in the ticket manager

Use the ticket manager to view tickets associated with workflows in which you are a stakeholder. You can use a ticket to track all the completed tasks related to an update that triggered the workflow.
You can view a summary of all the milestones of the workflow and additional details, such as task statuses and comments, in a ticket.
For example, consider a workflow for a loan application process. When a loan application is received and the first task in the workflow is triggered, a ticket is automatically created in the ticket manager. When reviewers complete tasks, such as credit score and affordability checks, KYC document collection, and legal compliance reviews, the milestones are recorded in the ticket. After all the tasks are completed and the loan application is approved or rejected, the ticket is closed. The ticket also displays any comments that reviewers add to the tasks.
If you're a workflow initiator, you can view the tickets for workflows that you initiate. You can check tickets to verify whether your changes are approved, under review, or rejected. You can also view comments from reviewers for context on their actions.
If you're a reviewer, you can view tickets for the workflows that you're assigned to review. Use tickets to verify the status of records that you reviewed and view comments from other reviewers to collaborate with them.
If you're an admin, you can view all the tickets for your organization.
