The October 2026 release includes the following new features and enhancements.
Filter related records with business entity record fields
When you manage related records that are based on business entity record fields in the related records table, you can filter the table to focus on the records that you want to view and edit.
The following image shows a related records table that filters for related records with Home Insurance Platinum as the value for the Product field:
Source records and workflow inbox management experience
The Source Records page and the workflow inbox include the following capabilities for filtering records and overriding survivorship:
•When you merge records, you can override field values in both manual merge previews and workflow inbox tasks, and preview the surviving field values of the merged record before you submit or approve the merge.
The following image shows the Override Surviving Value option in the manual merge preview:
•On the Source Records page, you can filter source records that have an overriding field value and those that match a specified field value.
Draft records
When you create or edit a record, the changes are now automatically saved as a draft before you submit or send the record for approval. If another user updates the same record, you can synchronize your draft with their updates or resolve conflicts. You can manage all your drafts on the My Drafts page, where you can search for specific drafts, open them for editing, or discard them.
Edit in a table
You can now edit multiple records together in a single table, similar to a spreadsheet, instead of opening each record individually. You can edit up to 10,000 records in a table. You can cut, copy, paste, and drag values to update multiple records. You can also filter and sort to focus on the records that you want to edit. MDM SaaS automatically saves the records that you edit as drafts. You can submit the drafts to apply your changes or discard them to revert to the original values. If other users update the same fields of the records before you submit your drafts, you can resolve the conflicts.

Data import
When you import records, you can update individual fields in a target record instead of replacing the entire record. The update applies only to the fields that are present in the import file and mapped to the target, while other fields remain unchanged. You can also control how the update handles empty values in mapped fields. When a mapped field has an empty value in the import file, you can overwrite the target value with null or leave it unchanged.
Default values
When you create a record, the business application populates default values for the fields that have default values configured. You can override the default values.
CLAIRE Copilot
You can use the product experience agent in CLAIRE Copilot to enrich records with PDF that contains product data. The agent can also enrich and classify records that contain product data by running data quality objectives. The product experience agent applies the enrichment and classification results to a draft of the current record. You can also view a data completion report that shows the number of enriched fields and objectives applied.
CLAIRE recommendations
When you claim an approval task, you can now view the CLAIRE recommendations for data enrichment in the Insights panel. You can accept or reject those recommendations. MDM SaaS saves the accepted values to the record after your final approval.
