Adding a related record scenario

Related records are records that contain data associated with a record. You can establish a relationship between two records within a business entity or across business entities.
You have a category, Electronics, to which you want to add X3 Mobile as an item. You search for the Electronics record and open it. You can then relate X3 Mobile to Electronics with the Category to Item relationship.
