Use the ticket manager to view the tickets for which you are a stakeholder.

To view the details of a ticket, click the ticket.
The following table describes the details that you can view for a ticket:
Tab
Description
Ticket Overview
Displays the ticket summary and task details.
The ticket summary includes details, such as the created date, status, workflow name, initiator, event type of the workflow, and the triggering event.
The ticket details include the completed tasks in the workflow, such as the date and time of completion, action taken, and the name of the user who completed the task.
Workflow status
Displays a flow chart that illustrates the workflow and indicates its current status.
Comments
Displays the comments that stakeholders added to each task.
You can perform the following actions in the Tickets section:
•Search for specific tickets.
•Sort tickets by name, ticket ID, event type, workflow name,date created, and status.
•Filter tickets by ticket ID, event type, and status.
•Open records that triggered workflows when updated.
•Open records that were approved through workflows.
