The October 2025 release includes the following changed behavior.
Source Records page
The new experience for the Source Records page is more intuitive and easier to navigate. You can delete, restore, and unmerge records in a more intuitive way at the source record level.
In the classic experience, you had to select the option to delete, restore, or unmerge at the master record level, and then select the specific source records.
When you ingress or import records containing special characters that aren't allowed in source primary keys of field groups, the nested field group values don't appear on the record details page.
Previously, these values appeared on the record details page.
Access to the Match Analysis and Explainability dashboard for a business entity now requires the Match Analysis and Explainability Dashboard privilege. If you can't access the dashboard, contact your administrator.
Previously, the dashboard was accessible to all users without any access restrictions.

Similar records
In an organization that has CLAIRE Copilot enabled, when you create a record, information about similar records appears in the create record form.
The following image shows the similar records notification in the create record form:
Previously, similar records information appeared in the CLAIRE panel.
Enrich records
In an organization that has CLAIRE Copilot enabled, after you create and submit a record, the CLAIRE icon is highlighted. To view enrichment cards, use the Insights tab in the CLAIRE Copilot panel.
The following image shows a sample recommendation on the Insights tab of the CLAIRE Copilot panel:
Previously, enrichment cards appeared on the Enrich Records tab of the CLAIRE panel.
