Preview initiated
Effective in the April 2026 release, the following functionalities are available for preview:
•You can now use the Match Analysis and Explainability to analyze and identify large clusters of records that are formed during the match process. You can then fine-tune the match model configuration to prevent the formation of large clusters to avoid overmatching.
The following image shows the Large Clusters tab in the Match Analysis and Explainability dashboard:
•When you import records, you can now update only fields that contain values without overwriting other fields with null values.
•As a reviewer, you can now view all the review tasks that are assigned to you in the task inbox. You can add comments and resolve tasks, or assign them to relevant users or user groups. You can view the workflow status for each task through a flow chart to identify where your review fits in the workflow.
You can also view the tickets for which you're a stakeholder in the ticket manager. Tickets are automatically created when workflows are triggered, and you can view details, such as statuses of tasks and comments, in tickets.
For example, consider a workflow for a loan application process. A ticket is automatically created in the ticket manager when a loan application is received and the first task in the workflow is triggered. When reviewers complete tasks, such as credit score and affordability checks, KYC document collection, and legal compliance reviews, the milestones are recorded in the ticket. After all the tasks are completed and the loan application is approved or rejected, the ticket is closed. The ticket also displays any comments that reviewers add to tasks.
