Establish the best version of the truth

Supplier 360 SaaS consolidates the most trustworthy data from multiple source systems into master records to establish the best version of the truth. The data from different source systems is stored in source records.
Use the Source Records page associated with a master record to review source records and patch records that contribute data to the master record. You can view trust scores for fields that help determine the best version of the truth. A higher trust score indicates a more trustworthy field value. If a field contains invalid data, such as a picklist without a value, or a field with an incorrect data type, the trust score is downgraded. Fields with valid data have a higher trust score. The trust calculation is based on settings and rules that are established by an administrator.
Effective in the October 2025 release, the classic experience of the Source Records page is deprecated. Informatica intends to drop support for the classic experience in a future release. Informatica requests that you transition to the new experience of the Source Records page before the classic experience is dropped.
For information about the key differences between the classic and new experiences, see Source Records experiences.
In addition to the trust scores, Supplier 360 SaaS uses survivorship criteria configured by administrators to establish the best version of the truth. You can manually override field values of records that Supplier 360 SaaS establishes as the best version of the truth. Additionally, you can view the trust score and survivorship criteria of the field values that identified the best version of the truth.
Based on the trust score and survivorship criteria, you can manually merge master records into a single record. You can also unmerge the source records from a master record if they don't match.
