Use the product experience agent to enrich product records in MDM SaaS. You can access the product experience agent across all business applications. However, the agent is certified to enrich only product records.
The product experience agent autonomously performs tasks, makes decisions, and seeks human intervention when it can't make decisions on its own.
The agent can enrich records with data from PDF documents and from external sources. The agent can also classify records. After the agent completes its tasks, it generates a report that summarizes the number of extracted values, enriched fields, and objectives that it ran.
You can access the product experience agent in the following ways:
•Access the agent in CLAIRE Copilot, where it interprets your query and completes your request.
•Start a conversation in CLAIRE GPT, navigate to CLAIRE Copilot, and enrich records using the agent.
