Create a replication task

After completing initial setup, you can create a replication task in just three steps. On the Welcome to Informatica Enterprise Data Integrator home page, click Add Replication Task.

Then complete the following steps on the Create a Replication Task page:

Step 1. Enter the task name and type

Step 2. Configure the source

Step 3. Configure the target

Note: You can expand and collapse each Step section by using the caret down or up arrow icon if you want focus on a specific set of fields.
