Example: Extract and map Salesforce opportunity fields to ServiceNow ticket fields

You want to extract and map Salesforce opportunity fields to ServiceNow ticket fields.
To do this, let's create a process in CLAIRE Copilot.
  1. 1On the Home page, open CLAIRE Copilot.
  2. 2In the prompt text box, type Extract and map Salesforce opportunity fields to ServiceNow ticket fields.
  3. CLAIRE Copilot lists the frequently used Salesforce connections with the following statement:
    Here's a list of your most frequently used Salesforce connections.
    1. SF
    Salesforce
    /Default/
    2. SFDC

  4. 3Type the number of the Salesforce connection that you want to use. In this example, let's type 2.
  5. Note: If the connection isn't listed, you can type the name of a valid Salesforce connection. Specify an existing connection that you've previously tested.
    A list of frequently used ServiceNow connections appears.
  6. 4Type the number of the ServiceNow connection that you want to use. In this example, let's type 1.
  7. Note: If the connection isn't listed, you can type the name of a valid ServiceNow connection. Specify an existing connection that you've previously tested.
    A list of objects available for Salesforce appears.
  8. 5Type the name of the object that you want to extract from Salesforce. In this example, let's type Opportunity.
  9. A list of objects available for ServiceNow appears.
  10. 6Type the name of the object that you want to map in ServiceNow. In this example, let's type ticket.
  11. CLAIRE Copilot replies with the following statement:
    "Extract and map Salesforce opportunity fields to ServiceNow ticket fields (Salesforce<=> ServiceNow)".
    The following connection(s) and object(s) are used:

    * Objects:

  12. 7To create the process, click Yes.
  13. The process is generated and opens in the Process Designer, as shown in the following image:
    The process open in the Process Designer. You can review, edit, save, publish, and run the process.
  14. 8Verify the process definition. You can edit field values.
  15. 9Save, publish, and then run the process.
