Example: Find contacts in ServiceNow and generate leads in Marketo

You want to find contacts in ServiceNow and create leads in Marketo.
To do this, let's create a process in CLAIRE Copilot.
  1. 1On the Home page, open CLAIRE Copilot.
  2. 2In the prompt text box, type Create a process to find contacts in ServiceNow and create leads in Marketo.
    3. A list of objects available for ServiceNow appears.
  3. 3Type the name of the object that you want to synchronize from ServiceNow. In this example, let's type on_call_user_contact_preference.
    4. CLAIRE Copilot lists the objects available for Marketo in your organization with the following statement:
    Please choose an object to sync from Marketo: Leads, Activity New Lead.
  4. 4Type the name of the object that you want to synchronize from Marketo. In this example, let's type Activity New Lead.
    5. A list of frequently used ServiceNow connections appears.
  5. 5Type the number of the ServiceNow connection that you want to use. In this example, let's type 1.
    6. Note: If the connection isn't listed, you can type the name of a valid ServiceNow connection. Specify an existing connection that you've previously tested.
    A list of frequently used Marketo connections appears.
  6. 6Type the number of the Marketo connection that you want to use. In this example, let's type 1.
    7. Note: If the connection isn't listed, you can type the name of a valid Marketo connection. Specify an existing connection that you've previously tested.
    CLAIRE Copilot replies with the following statement:
    "Create a process to query on_call_user_contact_preference in ServiceNow and create Activity New Lead in Marketo (ServiceNow<=> Marketo)".

  7. 7To create the process, click Yes.
    8. The process is generated and opens in the Process Designer, as shown in the following image:
  8. The process open in the Process Designer. You can review, edit, save, publish, and run the process.
  9. 8Verify the process definition. You can edit field values.
  10. 9Save, publish, and then run the process.
