The Process Designer user interface is modified to have a modern, clean look and feel, and better fonts. You can use the modern view to experience the improved user interface. However, you can switch the Process Designer user interface between the modern view and the classic view, if required.
When you switch the view, all processes you open in the Process Designer open in the same view for the current organization until you switch the view again.
To switch the Process Designer user interface, perform the following steps:
1On the Explore page, open a process to switch the view.
2On the Actions menu, click Switch to Classic View or Switch to Modern View as needed.
The following image shows the Switch to Classic View option:
3To switch from the modern view to the classic view, enter a reason.
4Click OK.
Note: The new Process Designer user interface is available for preview. Preview functionality is supported for evaluation purposes but is unwarranted and is not supported in production environments or any environment that you plan to push to production. Informatica intends to include the preview functionality in an upcoming release for production use, but might choose not to in accordance with changing market or technical circumstances.
