Processes

The Processes page shows a list of process instances that are running or have been run in the organization, along with the process version. States can be Running, Suspended, Completed, Compensatable (for a subprocess), or Faulted.
Use the Search feature to quickly find an active process instance. If you enter a Process ID, you see the process instance.
The following table shows the different process states:
Process State
Meaning
Compensatable
A sub-process is complete and eligible for compensation.
Completed
Normal completions.
Faulted
Processes completed with a fault.
Running
Normally running processes.
Suspended
A process suspended for any reason.
You can select a group of running, suspended, faulted, or completed processes and take some action on them.
On the Processes page, you can perform the following tasks:
  1. 1View a list of processes that you want to work with. You can use selection filters to create a customized list.
  2. 2Select some or all processes displayed on the current page.
  3. You can select up to the maximum records displayed for each page. You cannot select processes on subsequent pages. You can set the number of records that you want to view for each page.
  4. 3From the Action list, perform one of the following actions:
You can access the following pages from the Process page:
Process View Detail
Click a process ID to see the Process View Detail page. You can see a chronological list of process activities, the process as it appears in the designer, and detailed step information. You can also access the Active Process Detail page.
Process Version Listing
Click a process name to see the Process Version Listing page. See the target name space, the version name, version number, plan ID, online date, offline date, and deployed date.
Deployed Process Version Details
Click a process version number to see the Deployed Process Version Details page. You can see the process version life cycle, update a process version, see My Role and Partner Role details and many more on ths page.
