To edit recipes, log in to Application Integration and click Recipes on the left navigation bar. The My Recipes tab displays your recipes and their status.
To edit a recipe, click the recipe name on the My Recipes tab and perform the following steps based on the recipe's status:
•Deprecated
1You can only deprecate a published recipe. Click Deprecate to withdraw it from use. The recipe is then removed from the list of available recipes.
2Make the required edits. Ensure the new recipe version is greater than the current version.
3Click Submit for Review.
•Pending Review
1Click Withdraw from Review. This applies only for recipes set to Public access type.
2A warning message to withdraw the recipe from the review process appears. Click Continue.
3Click the Refresh icon to view the latest recipe status.
4After withdrawal, the recipe status appears as Withdrawn on the My Recipes tab. Click the recipe name.
5Make the required edits. Ensure the new recipe version is greater than the current version.
6Click Save and Submit for Review.
•Published
1Make the required edits. Ensure the new recipe version is greater than the current version.
2Click Save and then click Publish to Sub-organization for a Private access type recipe.
Click Save and then click Publish for an Unlisted access type recipe.
Click Save and then click Submit for Review for a Public access type recipe.
Note: If you edit a published recipe, the changes won't take effect until you republish it.
•Rejected
1Make the required edits.
2Click Save.
3Click Submit for Review, for Public recipes or click Publish for Private and Unlisted recipes.
•Unpublished
1Make the required edits. Fix the approvers comments.
2Ensure the new recipe version is greater than the current version.
3Click Submit for Review.
•Withdrawn
1Make the required edits. Ensure the new recipe version is greater than the current version.
2Click Submit for Review.
Note: Only Deprecated, Unpublished, and Withdrawn recipes that were never published can be deleted.
