The agent is designed to be triggered using the email listener feature of the EmailConnection connection. To activate the agent, an email must be sent to the email address specified as the user name in the EmailConnection connection. When the connection successfully reads the email content, it initiates the PlanningAgent process, passing the email body, subject, and sender as inputs.
