Configure the subsidiary ID and publish the processes.
1To publish the Create NetSuite Items process, click Actions in the row that contains the process and select Publish.
2To publish the Create NetSuite Sales Order process, click Actions in the row that contains the process and select Publish.
3On the Start tab of the Start step, set authorization to Allow anonymous access.
4Open the Synchronize Shopify Orders with NetSuite Sales Orders process.
5On the Assignment tab of the Flow Settings step, enter the subsidiary ID in the NetSuite_Subsidiary_ID field if you want to create item in NetSuite.
6Save and publish the process.
You must copy the service URL to the webhook configuration in Shopify. For more information, see Step 5. Create webhooks in Shopify. The process will be triggered automatically when an order is created or updated in Shopify.
