Synchronize Zendesk Tickets with Salesforce Cases
Process
When a ticket is created or updated in Zendesk, Zendesk sends a webhook and triggers the process. The process checks whether the case owner account exists in Salesforce. If the case owner account does not exist, the process creates an account and a dependent contact in Salesforce. The process then searches for a matching case in Salesforce by the Zendesk ID and creates or updates the case based on the search results.
The process requires webhook configuration in Zendesk.
