Using a Coupa connection in a process

After you create a Coupa connection, you can use it in a Service step in a process.
  1. 1Add a Service step to the process.
  2. 2Click the Service tab.
  3. 3From the Service Type list, select Connection.
  4. 4From the Connection list, browse and select the Coupa connection that you created.
  5. 5From the Action list, select the action that you want to perform. For example, select the Create Object action to insert a single record in the specified entity type as shown in the following image:
    6. The image shows the Create Object action that is used to insert a single record in the specified entity type.
    In this case, Application Integration populates the response objects under the output fields.
  6. 6Configure further steps as needed.
  7. 7Validate, save, and publish the process.
