Troubleshooting

The solution to the following situation might help you troubleshoot Microsoft Access synchronization task.
When you run a task on Windows 64-bit operating system, the task fails.
  1. 1Click Administer > Runtime Environments.
  2. 2Click the Secure Agent that you upgraded.
  3. 3Click Edit to edit the Secure Agent details.
  4. 4In the System Configuration Details section, select service as Data Integration Server and type as DTM.
  5. 5Set the value of the OptimizeODBCRead flag to No.
  6. 6Click OK to save the changes.
