Zendesk and Transformation Data Types

Data Integration uses the Zednesk connection to read data from your Zendesk account. The Agents convert the Zendesk data type to the IData Integration transformation data type to move data across platforms.
When Data Integration writes to a Zendesk target, the Agents convert the transformation data type to the corresponding Zendesk data type.
The following table lists the Zendesk data types that Data Integration supports and the corresponding transformation data types:
