Complete prerequisite tasks to use CLAIRE Copilot in Data Ingestion and Replication.
Before you use CLAIRE Copilot in Data Ingestion and Replication, perform the following tasks:
•Make sure your user has the following privileges:
- Data Integration feature privilege "Access Data Integration Copilot". The privilege is required to use CLAIRE Copilot in Data Integration and Data Ingestion and Replication.
- Create privilege for the asset that you want to create in CLAIRE Copilot.
- Read privilege for the asset that you want to summarize in CLAIRE Copilot.
- Privileges to access metadata about the source or target. For more information, see the Application Ingestion and Replication and Database Ingestion and Replication documentation.
•Configure a runtime environment that's up and running. The runtime environment list displays up to 100 runtime environments. If yours isn't listed, type its name.
•If you use a Secure Agent group, enable CLAIRE to use context scopes to align your conversation with CLAIRE Copilot.
•Create and test source and target connections in Administrator.
•Select a context scope that contains the connections that you need. The default context scope indexes all connections, which can take a long time in an organization that has many connections. If you recently created or changed a connection, reindex the context scope. The connection list displays up to 25 connections. If the connection that you need isn't listed, type its name.
•Identify which source and target schemas you want to use for the task. Depending on the source or target type, you might need only the source schema name or only the target schema name. The schema list displays up to 100 schemas. If your schema isn't listed, type the name of the schema.
•Identify which source tables you want to use for the task, if you don't want to select all tables. You can use specific table names or table-name masks as the selection criteria.
•Make sure the latest Data Ingestion and Replication configuration wizard is enabled for your organization. If necessary, ask Informatica Global Customer Support to enable it. CLAIRE Copilot opens the tasks it generates in the latest task wizard only. After you save the task in the latest wizard and it's visible in Explore, you can open it in either the latest wizard or the pre-existing wizard.
•You might need to set required properties that CLAIRE Copilot doesn't set. For example, a Snowflake target requires the Stage property. After CLAIRE Copilot creates the task, click the link in the conversation to open the task in the task configuration wizard. Set the required properties, save the task, and then deploy it.
