You can use parameters as a placeholder for a value or values in an Access Policy transformation. You define the value of the parameter when you configure the mapping task. To learn more about parameters, see Using parameters in a mapping.
Use the following types of IDs when using parameters in an Access Policy transformation:
•The Consumer User field accepts IDs of users with the Data Marketplace Use role.
•The Usage Context field accepts IDs of usage contexts available in Data Marketplace.
For more information on how to fetch user IDs and usage context IDs from Data Marketplace, see "Manage requests, orders and consumer accesses" in the Data Marketplace help.
•The Data Asset field accepts IDs of Data Governance and Catalog data assets.
For more information on how to fetch asset IDs from Data Governance and Catalog, see "List assets in the catalog" in the Data Governance and Catalog help.
