Known issues

The tables in this section describe known issues for Data Integration. Not all monthly releases include known issues.

April 2025 known issues

Issue
Description
CDAM-4577
In a data filter rule, if a data element classification is mapped to more than one data element, an error occurs when you try to run a mapping in Data Integration with an Access Policy transformation. The data filter rule is unable to determine which column to filter on.
CDAM-4207
In data de-identification rules, if a data element is mapped to more than one data classification, the default data protection applies.
CLDDI-40529
The Client ID and Client Secret fields are available when you create the SQL server connection from the data catalog. They're unvailable when you create the SQL server connection from the Connection page using SQL Server Authentication mode in Administrator. These fields should only be available in Service Principal Authentication mode.

February 2025 known issues

Issue
Description
CBDM-37857
A mapping that contains a Machine Learning transformation fails if it runs during an upgrade window. After the Secure Agent services are upgraded to the latest version, the mapping runs successfully again.
CDAM-4477
If you use data filter policies or data de-identification policies that might be applied in an Access Policy transformation in Data Integration that use dates, configure them as timestamps. As a best practice, create two data filter rules: one with dates and one with timestamps with the same values.
CLDDI-40046
When a task uses a connection with an SSL-enabled endpoint and the task runs in a serverless runtime environment, an "Error loading the keystore" error occurs.
POP-65000
If you log in using OAuth and you include a commit tag when you check in an object to an Azure DevOps repository, the check-in action fails.
Workaround: Log in using a personal access token that permits use of commit tags.

October 2024 known issues

Issue
Description
CLDDI-38378
When you run a mapping task after making a superficial change on the mapping canvas, such as moving a transformation, the task fails if it uses full SQL ELT optimization and writes to a Snowflake V2 target.
The task fails with the following error message:
Disnext_internal_error_The job compilation service failed with message [The mapping compilation failed.]

August 2024 known issues

Issue
Description
CDAM-2623
When running a mapping that includes an Access Policy transformation in Data Integration, policy resolution fails and an error appear if the source is Amazon S3 in Parquet or Avro format.

July 2024 known issues

Issue
Description
CDAM-2344
When running a mapping that includes an Access Policy transformation in Data Integration, an error occurs if the name of a column in the source has special characters.
CDAM-2307
If you add parameters to any other asset after adding parameters to an Access Policy transformation, Data Integration prevents you from saving the mapping.
ISD-5515
When you parse a PDF document that contains multiple tables, Intelligent Structure Discovery inaccurately detects some tables as blob content.

May 2024 known issues

Issue
Description
ISD-5479
When you use an intelligent structure model in a Structure Parser transformation to parse encoded format data, even though the mapping correctly writes to the target, the session log displays the following error:
[ERROR] Apr 23, 2024 10:51:33 AM org.apache.pdfbox.pdmodel.font.PDCIDFontType0 <init> WARNING: Using fallback DroidSansFallback for CID-keyed font MSung-Light
