You can use the ${cih.sub.notification.base.url} parameter in the notification URL of a subscription that consumes data with an API. Define the cih.sub.notification.base.url parameter as a system property before you use it in a notification URL. Parameterization helps you globally update the URL value for multiple subscriptions.

To enhance security, you can configure your organization to retrieve sensitive connection credentials from an external secret vault instead of storing the credentials in the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services repository.
